Access
To work with the logical properties used in the transaction or current report, click the Properties button of the Modify the list of assigned entities dialog box.
Displayed data
Program
Name of the current program.
Transaction (or report)
Number and description of the current transaction (interactive program) or name of the current report (batch program).
Logical entity
Name of the logical entity selected in the list of the Modify the list of assigned entities dialog box.
Lists
Logical properties
List of the logical properties of the current logical entity.
This list displays first the used properties sorted by sequence number, then the unused properties sorted in alphabetical order.
The following information is displayed for each logical property:
use mode (" " if unused),
sequence number (" " if unused),
guide word,
description.
Extended-selection list.
When one or more logical properties are selected in the list, the context-sensitive menu can be displayed by clicking the mouse's right button.
Buttons
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
However, data is only updated in the database when the Modify the list of assigned entities dialog box is validated.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
