The online help, which is accessible from the Hardis extranet, is organised into help pages classified by topic.
Hyperlinks allow you to navigate intuitively through the various subjects covered.
You can open the Job manager online help in either of the following ways:
- select the Help option from the main job manager window. Then choose the General help or Window help option.
- Click the Help button, or press the F1 key on any Reflex screen. The help page displayed is that corresponding to the active window.
Regardless of what browser or navigation bar you are using, the help window will always display in the same format with the following three sections:
- A bar at the top containing a search field and the tools needed for managing your space.
A summary of the online help, in the section to the left
- The help page itself, in the section to the right.
