The data flow is automatically generated from the data specified when the windows were defined.
To work with the logical entities assigned to a window:
either select the Work with logical entities option from the Layout menu in the Visual Adelia layout manager for a VADELIA or MADELIA program,
or select the Logical entities option from the context-sensitive menu of a page in a WADELIA program tree view.
You can specify the following elements:
the access type used, when a list is loaded,
the properties constituting the access to the information selected in a given entity.

Access
In order to start the automatic generation of the data flow, you must either:
Check the Data flow box in the Work with a batch program dialog box, then click the Generate button.
Choose the Generate data flow option in the Program menu of the 4GL Editor.
You have two modes of data flow generation:
the native access mode (access to standard files),
the SQL access mode.
