If the "File" field is filled in, the "Format" field must be filled in too.

Format

Code of the format containing the field help.

This field can be filled in separately.

Buttons

Modify (validation)

This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.

Cancel

This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
