With the two options of this menu (Variables and Formats), the user can create the album of the items which will later be placed on the report.
Before placing a repository variable or a format coming from another program on the report, you must select the variable or format and store it in the album.
Variables
This option opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the list of album variables.
Formats
This option opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the list of album formats.
