This page is used to define the positions applied when the documentation folder is printed.

 

Check boxes

Data items

Check the boxes corresponding to the data you wish to display on the printed documentation folder: page number, printing date and time, application area name, software engineer's name, document type, name of the object and environment.

 

Lists

Positions

Two series of combo boxes allow you to specify the vertical and horizontal position on the page for each data item selected (checked).

 

The first combo box is used to specify the vertical position of each item:

"Top"

Data will appear in the page header.

"Bottom"

Data will appear in the page footer.

 

The second combo box is used to specify the horizontal position of each item:

"Left"

Data will appear on the left in the page header/footer.

"Center"

Data will appear centered in the page header/footer.

"Right"

Data will appear on the right in the page header/footer.

 

Page number only:

"Inside"

When printing on both sides, the data will appear on the inside of the page header/footer.

"Outside"

When printing on both sides, the data will appear on the outside of the page header/footer.

 

When several data items contain identical values in their respective combo boxes, they are printed according the following order of priority (in descending order): page number, object name, document type, environment name, application area name, software engineer's name, date and time.

 

Buttons

Undo

This button cancels the modifications made and restores the application to its previous state.

 

Default

This button cancels the modifications made and restores the application to the state it had when the environment was created.

 

A click on the icon situated on the upper right-hand corner of the dialog box closes the box. If modifications were made, a confirmation screen appears.
