Menu items are controls used when building menus.
An item can be either a menu option or a submenu. Each item is defined according to its type:
Text: the item contains a character string.
Image: the item contains a graphic.
Separator: the item appears as a separator (horizontal line).
A menu can be associated with either:
a WINDOW object (being displayed immediately below the window's title bar),
or a control produced by a graphic object (being displayed when the RightButtonClick event is received).
