Resizing a border
To modify the size of a border, click one of the sides or the lower edge of the border, then drag the mouse while holding the left button.
The selected edge follows the cursor.If you click one of the corners of the border, you can move both contiguous sides of the corner.
Changing the attributes of a border
To modify the color and the attributes of a border, or to write descriptions on the upper or lower edge of a border, double-click this border: a dialog box opens, which is used to display or modify the characteristics of a window border.
