To display the additional printing details for a Crystal Reports report and define extra parameters, check the Display additional printing details box in the Crystal Reports reports tab in the Interface configurator dialog box of the Visual/Web Runtime.


The dialog box will be displayed automatically when a report is printed, if the Display additional printing details box was previously checked.


Displayed data

Printer

Information about the printer resource used to print the document (Name, Type, Location and Remarks).


Radio buttons

Range

Used to define the print range.


- All

All of the selected document will be printed.

- Pages

To print a group of pages, enter the relevant page numbers in the and fields.



Data entry

Nb copies

Number of copies of the document you want to print.


Check boxes

Collate

This check box lets you collate (assemble) the printed copies of the document.

This feature is only available if more than one copy is requested.


Checked

If three documents are printed, the pages are printed in the order 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 (i.e. the copies are collated).

Not checked

If three documents are printed, the pages are printed in the order 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3 (i.e. the copies are not collated).



Buttons

OK

This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.


Cancel

This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
