This feature allows you to archive completed jobs in a history table thus preventing job queues from being overloaded with useless data.
History archiving is made by selecting the Archive option from the queue context menu or from the Jobs menu , or also by clicking on the icon in the toolbar.
It is possible to request that history jobs be displayed directly in job queues during the job manager configuration. Completed jobs archived in the history are then represented by the icon in the job queues.
It is also possible to request that jobs be archived using the job deletion dialog box.
