If the option can be called directly from the toolbar, the corresponding icon is displayed.
Modify
This option opens a dialog box that allows the user to modify the selected job.
To be able to modify a job, the user must have authority to manage this specific job.
Delete
This option deletes the selected jobs.
When a job is deleted, the report associated with it is also deleted.
To be able to delete a job, it must not be running and the user must have authority to manage this specific job.
Note: a job that is protected or archived in the history cannot be deleted directly using this option. It is still possible to force the deletion by simultaneously pressing the Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard.
Kill
This option interrupts the execution of selected jobs, whether they are being executed locally or on another machine, and also terminates all secondary processes that would have been started by the job.
This option is only available to administrators or power users.
Invalidate process pool
This option requests the invalidation of the host process pool. The pending processes are immediately completed, the processes in use will be completed at the end of their execution.
This option is only available for administrators.
Suspend
This option suspends the selected jobs.
To be able to suspend a job, it must not yet have been executed and the user must have the management privileges for the job.
Release
This option restarts the selected jobs (those that have been suspended).
To be able to restart a suspended job, the user must have the management privileges for the job.
Protect
This option protects the selected jobs from unintentional deletion.
A protected job can only be deleted if the deletion is forced.
Unprotect
This option cancels protection of the selected job.
Restart
This option allows you to restart the execution of a job that finished with errors, provided the latter enables it and has not been archived in the log.
Archive
This option archives the selected jobs in the history.
It is only available for completed jobs.
Change queue
This option opens a submenu that allows you to select the queue where the job is to be moved.
The
configuration determines which queues can be selected.
Assign to machine
This option opens a dialog box where the name of the new machine can be entered.
It is only available if the job has not yet been executed and for users with management privileges for the job.
Change activation date
This option opens a dialog box where a new activation date can be entered for the submitted job.
It is only available if the job has not yet been executed and for users with management privileges for the job.
Change priority
This option opens a submenu where the priority of the selected jobs can be modified.
It is only available if the job has not yet been executed and for users with management privileges for the job.
Possible values: "Higher", "High", "Normal", "Low", "Lower".
Show report
This option displays the submitted job processing report in a text editor.
Reset filters
This option resets all filters.
Note: in context menus, options not applicable are greyed out.
For example, it is not possible to change the priority of a job that has already been processed.
