This is the list of processings (e.g.: print jobs) requested to the Job manager and displayed in various queues that can be configured by an administrator.
The first queue, "Activity", is a virtual queue displaying all jobs that have not yet completed or that completed with errors. This queue is displayed by default.
Each user, regardless of his authority , can configure the data displayed in these queues. Each queue displays the following data by default, in the corresponding columns:
The first column contains icons that represent the job state:

The job is protected against deletion. This protection must be removed before the job can be deleted, or its deletion must be forced. |

If the job is executed successfully, it will be automatically deleted after processing has completed. |

The job has been archived in the history. Job display in the history can be configured. |
Number
Job number.
Filters to the right of the title in the following columns enable the data displayed below to be restricted.
Job name
Job name.
Queue name
This column is only displayed in the "Activity" queue.
It displays the name of the queue in which the job can currently be found.
Type
The job type is an identifier used to lock simultaneous executions of jobs of the same type.
State
Job state.
Possible values:
Warnings |
The job completed without error but with a warning. This is represented by the icon in the first column. |
Waiting |
The job is waiting to be executed. |
Running |
The job is currently running. This is represented by the icon in the first column. |
Errors |
The job completed with errors. This is represented by the icon in the first column. |
Invalid state |
The state in the database is not recognised. The job is represented by the icon in the first column. |
Suspended |
The job has been suspended. This is represented by the icon in the first column. |
Completed |
The job was processed successfully. |
Note: a user with management authority for the job can suspend a waiting job and vice versa.
Owner
Name of the user owning the submitted job.
Creation
Job submission date and time.
Activation
Job activation date and time. The job cannot be started before this date.
A user with management authority for the job can modify this date.
Start
Processing start date and time for the submitted job.
End
Processing end date and time for the submitted job.
Machine
Name of the machine on which the job is executed.
A user with management authority for the job can modify the name of the machine.
Priority
Job priority.

Note: the job lists can be sorted by column by clicking on the headers.
List sorting is saved from one session to another.
