Access
To place on the report the formats which were previously stored in the report album, choose the Place - Formats option from the Edit menu of the Report layout manager.

Album formats
List of all the formats codes gathered in the report album.
For each one, the original report is specified.
Select the format codes to be placed on the report. If more than one format is selected, they will take their place successively according to the list order.

Format
The list box displays the formats existing on the current report.
The user must select the format according to which the formats selected in the album will be placed.

After
By clicking one of these radio buttons, the user defines whether the format selected in the album must be placed Before or After the formats specified in the "Format" field.

Place (validation)
This button places the selected formats on the report.
If a format is placed in the middle of another format, all the lines located under the format placed will be modified. Click here to have an example.
When all the selected formats have been placed, the dialog box is automatically reopened, in order to select other formats to be placed, if any.
The formats newly placed have their "Placed" column checked.
This button is not active when no format is selected in the list.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the placing.
