First note the rules relative to attachments
To display or modify the album variables, choose the Variables option from the Album menu of the Screen layout manager.
This dialog box is used to select logical properties from the LDM, in order to fill in the private album of the transaction being designed.
This album will be used for placing variables on the screen, by means of the Place - Variables option from the Edit menu of the Screen layout manager.
Lists
Files
List of the logical entities attached to the current application area.
A filter located above the list can be used to limit the files displayed.
When a logical entity is selected, its logical properties appear in the variable list.
If one of these logical entities is selected, its logical properties are displayed in the list of variables.
This list is presented by default in accordance with the sequence number of the logical properties.
It is possible to sort the list by alphabetical order by clicking on the column headers. A click on the logical entity lets you retrieve the default sequence.
Single-selection list.
Variables
List of the logical properties of the logical entity selected in the previous list.
Select in this list the logical properties to be placed in the transaction album.
Extended-selection list.
Reminder: Only the logical properties of the database which have been placed in the transaction album can be placed on the screen.
Album
List of the logical properties (variables) placed in the transaction album.

Buttons
Add
This button adds the variables selected in the list of variables to the transaction album.
It is not active when no variable is selected in the variable list.
Add all
This button adds all the variables of the selected file to the transaction album.
It is not active when no file is selected in the file list.
Delete
This button deletes the variables selected in the album list.
It is not active when no variable is selected in the album list.
Clear the album
This button clears the album.
It is not active when the album is empty.
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
