Access
To remove an environment from a version manager, select the Remove option from the context-sensitive menu for the Type - Environments in the version manager tab in a production environment's Environment attributes dialog box.
Important: You can remove the production environment from a version manager, provided the version manager only contains the production environment.
Radio buttons
Removal type
Check the radio button for the type of removal you want:
Removal from the version manager |
The environment is removed from the version manager but is not modified. |
Removal and conversion into a simple environment |
The environment is removed from the version manager and becomes a simple environment. The details related to the version manager are lost. |
Removal and deletion of the environment |
The environment is totally deleted. |
Buttons
Remove (validation)
Validates the selection and removes or deletes the environment, as specified.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box without removing the environment.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
