Access
To work with the use of a management rule in a program, click the Work with use button in the Potential use of a management rule dialog box.
Lists
Objects
List of the objects (entities or properties) which use the management rule in the current program. The following information is displayed: number and description of the transaction in which the entity or property is used, name of the object, status of the management rule (used or excluded) and, in the case of a property, its type of use in the transaction (I, O or I/O).

Buttons
Use
This button is used to cancel the exclusion of the management rule for the selected object.
If the management rule's class is BP or EP, and if the "Object" column in the selected line is empty, this button reassigns to the program the management rule previously excluded (de-assigned).
This button is not active when no object is selected in the list.
Exclude
This button is used to exclude the management rule for the selected object.
If the management rule's class is BP or EP, and if the "Object" column in the selected line is empty, this button de-assigns the management rule from the program.
This button is not active when no object is selected in the list.
Note: The current status of a management rule can be changed (from "Excluded" to "Used" and conversely) faster:
- by double clicking the rule selected in the list;
- by selecting several rules in the list before pressing the Enter key (do not click the button).
Enter
This button closes the dialog box.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
Print list
This button prints all the objects in the list.
