To delete completed jobs from the list, select the Delete jobs option from the Queues general menu.
Note: to be able to delete a job that has been executed, the user must have authority to manage this specific job.

Use the button to select the type of deletion to perform.
Possible values:
Archive jobs in job manager history

Moves the selected jobs to the history table. |
Remove jobs from job manager only

Enables jobs in the main table to be removed. |
Remove jobs from job manager history only
|
Enables jobs in the history to be removed. |
Remove jobs from job manager and job manager history |
Enables jobs in both tables to be removed. |
Then use check marks to indicate the deletion settings to be taken into account.
Use the "xxx wildcard" fields to specify the data you want. It is possible to use the "?" and "*" wildcard characters as with filters .
It is possible to enter deletion criteria for all the following parameters:
Jobs completed before
Job name wildcard
Owner name wildcard
Type wildcard
Job completed successfully
Jobs completed with errors
Jobs completed with warnings
Machine name wildcard
Jobs assigned to queue
Select the queue you want.
Click on the button to display the list of existing queues.
Force deletion of protected jobs
This option is only available if the requested action is Remove jobs from job manager only or Remove jobs from job manager and job manager history.

Jobs matching the previous criteria will then be deleted, even if they are protected. |
Note: it is also possible to force deletion of a single job that is protected or archived in the history, by simultaneously pressing the Shift and Delete keys, after having selected it in the "jobs to be deleted" queue.

This button confirms the information entered, deletes the jobs matching the specified criteria, then closes the dialog box.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without confirming the information entered.
