Note: if the option can be called directly from the toolbar, the corresponding icon is displayed.
Suspend active queue
This option immediately suspends the active queue. No further jobs in this queue are started. However a job in progress will be processed to completion.
A red button indicates that the queue has been suspended.
Restart active queue
This option immediately restarts the active queue. Jobs in this queue can be processed again.
A green button indicates that the queue has been restarted.
Suspend all queues
This option immediately suspends all job queues. No further jobs are processed.
Restart all queues
This option immediately restarts all job queues. Jobs can be processed again.
Note: with an administration console, the four previous options only apply to the job manager selected in the toolbar.
Stop the job manager
This option is only available in the administration console.
It prompts the selected job manager to stop.
Delete jobs
This option opens a dialog box that allows the user to select the completed jobs to be deleted.
Refresh
This option instantly updates the job queues.
Exit
This option closes the job manager.
Note: in context menus, options not applicable are greyed out.
For example, it is not possible to change the priority of a job that has already been processed.
