Access
To generate join entities, click the Join entity generation from the context-sensitive menu in one of the following dialog boxes:
Maintenance manager, Results (1 and 2) or Storage tab.
Define a correction, in the Correction manager.
Warning: this option generates join entities only in the form of AS/400 native files.

Join entities
List of join entities existing in the current application area.
For each join entity, the following information is displayed: name and description of the generated join file.
Extended-selection list.
Buttons
Generation parameters
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the generation parameters of join entities.
Details
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the specific generation characteristics of a join entity.
This button is not active when no join entity is selected in the list.
Generate
This button starts the Physical Data Model generation for each join entity selected in the list.
It is not active when no join entity is selected in the list.
Enter
This button closes the dialog box.
Keyboard shortcut: Alt + F4.
