Access
To open this page, click the Application Areas tab in the Create / Modify a software engineer dialog box.
Important: Only administrators can change the information in this dialog box.
This page defines the authorized application areas for a software engineer.
Lists
Authorized application areas
List of application areas available to the current software engineer.
"*REPOSITORY" represents the environment.
Buttons
Add
This button opens a dialog box which is used to grant the current software engineer authorities on one or more application areas.
Display
This button opens a dialog box displaying the current software engineer's authorities on the selected application area.
This button is active only if at least one application area has been selected in the list.
Modify
This button opens a dialog box which is used to modify the current software engineer's authorities on the selected application area.
This button is active only if at least one application area has been selected in the list.
Remove
This button removes the selected application area from the list of application areas accessible to the software engineer.
For the *REPOSITORY line, the access rights are deleted, but the line remains accessible in the list.
This button is active only if at least one application area has been selected in the list.
Undo
This button cancels the modifications made and restores the application to its previous state.
Note: The dialog box is closed by clicking the Close button 
(keyboard shortcut: Alt+F4). If any modifications have been made, a confirmation pane will appear, prompting you to save the changes.
