Access
To copy a sending, elect the Copyy option from the context-sensitive menu in the Sendings window of the Exchange manager.
Displayed data
Name
This name is automatically assigned by the application and cannot be modified.
It is comprised of the date (YYYYMMDD) followed by the sequence number of the exchange.
Data entry
Description
Description clearly identifying the sending.
Length: 50 characters maximum.
Mandatory entry.
