The type of documentation can be set in the layout standards once and for all, and is valid at the layout level.
An option allows you to specify the type of field-level help you wish to work with:
No field-level help (transaction-level help).
Using OFFICE/VISION 400.
Using DSPF formats.
Using Panel Group.
