Accessing iTop from the customer extranet
In both cases, you will be taken to the authentication window, where you need to enter the login and password for accessing the Hardis Group customer extranet.
If unsuccessful, please contact the support team.
Once you have been authenticated, you will be taken to the iTop home page.
This page is divided into 3 parts.
1 - Access to your profile information and link to log off.
Click on to access the menu:
- My profile: you can change your photo and the interface language in iTop. If you want to change other information, you must do this via the customer extranet by clicking the button under the blue banner at the top of the screen.
- Logoff: we strongly recommend that you log off before quitting iTop.
2 - Une liste d'onglet
a - One search field per ticket number, if you have created any.
b - A button that allows you to access the Hardis Group service catalogue.
c - The tabs allow you to navigate through iTop. (They are displayed depending on your user rights)
