Access from the Service Catalogue
Click on the iconfor a service item in the "Service Catalogue"

All fields marked with * are compulsory

The "Impact" and "Emergency" fields must be completed as fully as possible in order to best prioritize your request.
Priority is calculated based on the value of these 2 fields.


The "Description" field allows you to add rich text (bold, color, underlining, etc.).

Click on the small arrow  to display the formatting rules 

 

The Contacts field allows you to add the people whom you wish to be notified of the ticket's progress.

 

You can also attach a file to your request.


Depending on the service selected, other fields may be displayed.


Once your ticket has been validated, you will receive a notification email. This email will include the features of your request:

  • a number that will allow you to easily locate your request to monitor its progress,
  • a link that will allow you access your request directly,
  • its priority (contact the support team if you wish to change the priority level).
