1. All the entities providing you at least one service are listed here.
   
   
   

2. Click on an entity to display the services that it delivers to you.

   
   
   
3. Click on a service to display the associated service elements and the corresponding detailed information.
   
   
   1. Click on to display a menu which allows you to choose details to view or to create a new ticket.

All the services and service elements that you are authorized to access (depending on your contract) are displayed alphabetically.

On this screen:

• You can change the number of elements displayed per page (10, 20, 50 or all).
• You can filter your services by typing a word or phrase in the "Filter" field.

• You can change the display order by clicking on the arrowsin the Provider, Service and Service Element columns.

You can also click on the "Tree" button for a summary view of the services. You can then click onfor a folded or unfolded view of the service elements. 

You can create a ticket by clicking on the service element icon  that corresponds to your request.
