Work orders are mainly used for build actions or occasional verification and analysis monitoring. The customer can monitor developments in the work orders via the public log.

All of your work orders are displayed and classified by descending numbers.

On this screen:

  • You can change the number of work orders displayed per page (10, 20, 50 or all).
  • You can filter your work orders by typing a word or phrase in the "Filter" field.
  • You can also display cancelled or closed work orders by clicking the button at the top right corner of the screen.
  • You can sort your work orders by clicking the button in the "Full Name" column.
  • The list of workorders can be exported to Excel by clicking on the corresponding button. 
  • You can navigate to closed and rejected workorders.


 

Clicking on the name of a work order will take you to the display screen for this work order:

Important items to check:

  • Status (created, assigned, update to public log, etc.)
  • Public log (enables discussion between yourself and the support team)
  • Attachments (you can add these at any time provided that the ticket has not been closed). We recommend that you provide an explanation for your attachment by including a comment in the public log.
  •  The workorder can be exported to Excel. To do so, select the fields to export and click on "Export" (Warning: this feature is not available with Internet Explorer.)
