You will be notified by email of the stages of your tickets, problems, changes and work orders. The following is a list of the main stages:
- created,
- update to the public log (a comment has been submitted within the ticket),
- awaiting your approval,
- rejected (approval refused),
- resolved (the support team has resolved your ticket and you have a few days to either close it or re-open it - the number of days is based on your contract).
