Access from the menu
A change is a modification made by Hardis Group staff. This modification may require stopping production. A change may be related to a request, an incident or a problem.
Changes allow you to monitor the stages and actions undertaken by Hardis Group during servicing.
All of your ongoing changes are displayed and classified by descending numbers.
On this screen:
- You can change the number of changes displayed per page (10, 20, 50 or all).
- You can filter the changes by typing a word or phrase in the "Filter" field.
- You can also display resolved or rejected changes (button at the top right corner of the screen).
- You can sort your changes by clicking the button for each column.
- The list of tickets can be exported to Excel by clicking on the corresponding button.
- You can navigate to resolved or rejected changes.
Clicking on the name of a change will take you to the display screen for this change:
Important items to check:
- Status (created, assigned, update public log, etc.)
- Planned date (scheduled date for servicing)
- Public log (enables discussion between yourself and the support team)
- Attachments (you can add these at any time provided that the ticket has not been closed). We recommend that you provide an explanation for your attachment by including a comment in the public log.
- The change can be exported to Excel. To do so, select the fields to export and click on "Export". (Warning: this feature is not available with Internet Explorer.)
